Briefs are free to try. Research runs cost credits, bought in packs; they do not expire, and a run you stop refunds what it had not spent.

    Buy a pack of credits and run research. Nothing expires monthly.

    • One run at a time
    • Up to 4 lines of inquiry, 5 questions each
    • Thirty minutes a run

  • Pro

    Credits

    Wider questions, more of them at once, and longer to answer them.

    • A hundred briefs a day
    • Three runs at a time
    • Up to 6 lines of inquiry, 6 questions each
    • Forty-five minutes a run

An account is on Starter from the moment it holds credits, and on Pro when its runs are started on Pro. Nothing is billed monthly.

Credit packs

A credit is one US cent of the research a run actually spends — models, searches and page fetches — so a pack is named by the work it buys. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Refunds

Stop a run and the credits it had not spent come back to your balance the moment it ends. For anything else, write to support@iontrack.ai.
